It is a modern fully furnished, two-level modern 'cape' home located right off the highway (Route 6, exit 8) on a quiet cul du sac with a large yard. The yard overlooks acres of protected forest in the back. It’s an ideal mid-Cape location: Smugglers Beach, Seagull Beach, Parkers River are moments away. Grays Beach is a quick bike ride or a moderate walk away. It features covered picnic areas, playgrounds and boardwalks. There is also a freshwater pond (Dennis pond) to swim in with a lovely playground! Bike trails and kayaking wind along the miles of scenic beaches. There are even cranberry bogs to enjoy! You are less than a mile away from fine and casual dining, a major grocery store, a pharmacy, and other area amenities. Many local eateries will even deliver to the house. Or you can simply bike everywhere

Home Location And Resources: The home featured on the web page is located in the historical district of Yarmouthport. It is a fully furnished; two-level home located right off the highway. The property is located in a 4 home private cul du sac. The land abuts the forest and national preservation land. There is no through traffic. An ideal mid-Cape location: Smugglers Beach, Seagull Beach, Corporation, Mayflower and Grays Beach are minutes away by bike or car or even foot. You are also close to the Dennis beaches and the Dennis fresh water swimming and picnic area. Bike trails, Cranbury Boggs and kayaking wind along the miles of scenic beaches. You are under a mile to: fine dining, a major grocery store, high end boutiques, a pharmacy, and other area amenities. Hyannis is less than 10 minutes away with a large mall and the only large retail shopping on the Cape. SUMMER WEEKLY RATES ARE: $1245.00 per week. Discounted for longer stays!

Additional information about rental rates

  • Personal Check or money order are accepted forms of payment. We can accept credit card (fees apply)

  • PRIME SUMMER RATES ARE $1245.00 per week.

    We require a $300.00 deposit to hold the unit. 45 days prior to your vacation date the balance in full is due. The security deposit is held in an escrow account and is returned within one week. Each renter will immediately upon reserving a week receive a rental receipt as well as a copy of our short term lease. All of the paperwork we use adheres to MA laws. As an added piece of mind the owner is a licensed real estate broker and owns a real estate agency in the Boston area, so you will have nothing but top notch, professional service.
  • Our rental week runs Saturday to Saturday. Check in after 2pm and check out the following Saturday at approximately 10am. We are more flexible with the start/end dates on the off season rentals. We are also able to offer a discount for longer stays. Make sure to ask about a discount if you stay more than one week.

  • The first floor set up is a full bath (washer/dryer in bath), 2 bedrooms, large kitchen and dining room and living room. The second floor features a full bath and two large bedrooms. The bathrooms on each floor are over-sized. There is a first floor walk out basement with a garage There is a washer/dryer on each floor. There is also a fireplace in the living room. (for decorative use only) All of the furniture is in modern decor.

  • Inside, the home you’ll find beautiful hardwood floors and area carpets. There are two full-sized bathrooms (one on each floor) plus a washer and dryer on each floor. One washer/dryer set is in the bathroom. Each of the four bedrooms features one or two beds, plus a sofa or reading nook for you to relax in. For your convenience, there are five televisions (all with cable) And, for further relaxation and guest accommodation, there is a sleeper sofa in the living room along with a DVD player, television set and modern stereo/CD player. Linens are available for a nominal charge. We also take great pride in using environmentally friendly cleaning products. We take any and all precautions to adhere to a NONSMOKING and NO PET policy.

Notes: The large, eat-in kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, blender, bread maker and toaster oven as well as service for 15. There are also wineglasses and bar ware. and even a mixed drink maker! The kitchen also features a table that seats four, while the main dining room seats six. For those days and nights when it’s just too beautiful to eat inside, you’ll find sliding doors that open onto the large porch, which is complete with charchol grill, dining table, and patio furniture. Please note that this is a family neighborhood and large parties, pets and smoking are not welcome here. We are not able to have the occupants host any kind of function on the property. There is a maximum occupancy of 6/7 adults (or 8 people if you have infants) in the party. The decor of the home is all modern and clean. You will find no second rate accommodations here!.

A clean home is tough to find!!: This home is ideal for those who look for a clean modern centrally located home. It is all tastefully decorated. No throw aways from the 70s here! We pride ourselves on a pet and smoke free property, as well as a chemical free environment. We are also close to many biking attractions!

We couldn't imagine a lovelier spot for our vacation. Everything in this spacious house, down to beautiful decorator touches, made us feel as pampered as at a fine hotel -- but with all of the comforts of home. The deck and beautifully cared for yards gave us plenty of opportunities to relax and enjoy nature over morning tea or coffee, while the town and beaches were just minutes away. A perfect retreat! We look forward to our next visit.

What a great trip. The weather was great! The house is tastefully decorated and located close to everything. The best part was the young couple that owned the house. Very professional, attentive and friendly. We cannot wait to return in 08!

This home has it all. The owners are so kind, especially the wife. I enjoyed the proximity to the ocean and the conveniece store nearby for those late night trips for cigarettes.
The deck was great for cooking out, just chilling, and making my famous margaritas.
We will definately be back!

Wonderful large home. The best part was there were no glitches! The weather was great, the house was clean and large and even had a sno cone maker for us to use. The house is located close to everything. Most importantly the owners were terrific to deal with.
I am sorry my vacation is over!
I would recommend this house!

Beautiful home and perfect location! We stayed for two weeks and loved it -- far better than any vacation we've spent at a hotel. The house is lovely, spacious, and immaculate. And it really is close to everything. So nice to be able to walk to the water, etc. We would love to book this again.
