Winter or Summer Rentals – Fun activities all year round!!! We are located in the heart of Wilmington, VT just 10 minutes from Mount Snow Ski Resort on Route 100N. Property boasts 2 acres, plus river front access. Lake Whitinghan is 2 miles away with summer fun sports, boating, fishing, swimming, wave runners, and winter sports, snow mobile, and ATV's. There are 2 golf courses just 10 minutes away (Mount Snow, Haystack). Stratton Mountain is 25 minutes away. There is Horse back riding, a petting farm, miniature golf, and bowling. Lot's of family fun less than 5 minutes away!

The Great Room has recently been newly furnished; the sun room also has sofas and a wood burning stove. Large Kitchen with two refrigerators, lots of storage, commercial stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, etc. Large dining area and recreation room with a pool table/ping pong table.

Tough Mudder 2012

We stayed at the lodge with 12 ruggers for the 2012 Tough Mudder, which was right down the street. The house was in a perfect location. Walking distance to downtown Wilmington and a short drive to Mt. Snow. This could not have been more accommodating to our groups needs. Plenty of room for activities. Ample cooking and dinning area. Excellent choice for a large group that requires private rooms and showers. Biggest plus of all. Looking forward to continuing our tradition here next year.

fun family retreat!

just spent the weekend here w great friends! Thought it was great that the house had bedrooms n bathrooms for everyone, dining room and kitchen were a nice set up with a cafeteria style feel that allowed is to all eat together or feed all the little ones without being in each others way!! House and property were clean and set up so that no matter what time of the day everyone can find an activity or just sit n relax! So close to beautiful lake raponda and sitzmark pool n golf center. Def. Planning on coming here again!!! Get your friends or group together and take a vacation!
