Clearwater Beach is situated next to the nationally acclaimed beaches of Caladesi Island State Park. A leisurely stroll north along Clearwater Beach will lead to the unspoiled sand and waters of Caladesi Island, ranked the #1 beach in America for 2008 by Dr. Beach. Clearwater Beach also offers a wide variety of dining options. Fine dining is served up at nearby Sand Pearl Resort, Forlini's and The Beachcomber. Great Villa in very good condition in nice area

We visited this villa in may 2009. We had a great time. The villa was very clean and in a very good condition. The cleaning service also was very good and the contact person was very nice and polite. The villa is situated in a nice Neighborhood along with other nice villa's and close to most important beaches and places. The pool was great and also safe for the kids. There were toys available to play with in the water for the kids.
