Beautifully renovated condominium unit in a two family house on a quiet residential street in Newton, just minutes away from Logan Airport & Downtown Boston. Perfect for families visiting area colleges, the house is within 10 miles radius of Harvard University, MIT, Boston University, & Boston College. In addition, guests can catch the near by bus to Kenmore Square/ Fenway Park, making it great for the Red Sox fans. This 1,500 square feet luxury unit occupies the first floor of an off white stucco home. It has central air & hardwood floor. The living room is furnished with a plush oversized sofa and a flat screen cable TV. The dining room across has large bay windows with overhung chandelier. Our fully equipped gourmet kitchen includes a granite island counter and cherry wood cabinets. There are 2 full bathrooms, washer & dryer, and high speed internet access. Off street parking is available for 2 cars in the driveway.

Ideal for a family stay in Boston. Nice, safe area with good park nearby for kids. easy access to bus into town but 2 miles to the T.
Accomodation good and comfortable. Only downside for downstairs apt is noise from upstairs footsteps.
Owner very helpful.
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

Lovely well-furbished house in pleasant location. Very comfy to live in and equipped with everything we needed, also clean, well-maintained and plenty of room. Would recommend to others. Friendly owner very helpful with email and postal contact - answered all queries very promtply.

For a Boston holiday a car is needed, including for local shops.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Families with Teenagers

We stayed in the top half of this wonderful house and it has it all. Main floor has a living room with flat panel TV, a dining room, a nice kitchen, a den/office with futon and computer with printer for internet access, a half bath, and a small back porch. Upper floor has THREE bedrooms...a master ( I think it had a king), a second with two queens, and a third with two twins. There was also a full bath in the master and another for the two other bedrooms. Great access to the public trans sysytem and the city, the locat ion is in the suburbs just outside Boston.
Recommended for:  Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
