This fully furnished 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath, 2 car garage Townhouse has been professionally decorated in 'Tommy Bahama' style. Enjoy the 42-in flat screen TV in the Family room, dinner in the dining room or sit outdoors in the covered lanai. All new appliances, granite counters, large master bath with jacuzzi and separate shower, large walk-in master closet and second floor laundry. 2 guest rooms and sleeper sofa can accommodate 6 additional guests. Enjoy the resort style pool located directly behind the unit or take advantage of the brand new Club House with an enormous grand pool and spectacular amenities, play golf on 2 of the on - property courses or tennis on one of the 3 courts. Please note that the minimum stay is one month.
