This beautiful mid-century contemporary styled home is tastefully furnished & is located in the charming residential neighborhood of Victoria Park.

Conveniently located to all locations including just 2 blocks from Holiday Park, 4 blocks to a Publix supermarket, Walgreens, 1 mile to the Galleria, 1.5 miles to the beach, 2 miles to downtown and 6 miles from the airport or cruiseport.

The home features a fabulous open kitchen, complete with stainless appliances, central A/C and whole house stereo system and wifi. The Poolside Master bedroom features a king bed, flat screen LCD and french doors to the back yard and heated pool, as well as a granite and mosaic tiled bath. The second suite offers a Queen bed, its own private bath and flat screen LCD TV and also has french doors to the side patio with dining area.

The sunny Florida room has its own flat screen LCD, with theater surround sound & access to the tropically landscaped private pool area.

High Speed and wireless, nationwide free phone and cable is included along with your own high end washer and dryer.

For the small ones, we have a crib that can be set up although please note that the house is not child proof. In addition, we offer off street parking for up to 4 cars and can also arrange maid service for an additional fee.

Bed and bath linens are provided and there is plenty of closet space and storage in the Unit. In addition, the Florida room offers a queen size pull out sofa bed. Crib is available for an infant. Note that the house is NOT childproof, and contain glass tables, glass shelves, etc.

Great House, Great Location

My husband and our two small children stayed at Steve's house in November while visiting family and friends in the area. First, I should mention that communication was easy and prompt. When we entered the house I was very pleasantly surprised. It is beautiful, clean and welcoming. Such thought went into the place that I thought the owner lived there. We were able to host our family dinner and found everything we needed to do so, pots and pans, dishes, cutlery, etc. This was much easier than dragging the kids around at night and the pool area is so pleasant that it would be a shame not to use it. The beds were comfortable, towels (both bath and beach) were provided, and the area is quiet for sleeping yet close to everything you need. I would absolutely rent the house again!

WOW is not enough !!!

Talk about quality! Very private, well maintained, fully appointed and quiet in a residential area close to beach, stores, restaurants and main highways. This stay was a blast. The two of us loved the place and felt like home. Clean, decorated with taste, nothing missing. Pool stuff, full kitchen and cooking ware, ample towels, bikes, helmets and locks... Even some sweets and wine upon arrival while being welcomed by the owner. What could we say more than BOOK IT NOW !!!!!!

My wife and I stayed at this property for the month of August this year and were delighted with our stay in every respect.
The property is beautiful - as advertised; and the photos are entirely accurate. The house is spacious, well furnished, and decorated throughout with style and wonderful taste. The pool is well maintained and only a few steps away from the house. We lounged, swam and enjoyed it every day!.
The central air conditioning provided comfortable climate control even when the outside temperatures stayed above 90 degrees.
The bedrooms are large and the king/queen beds provided comfortable rest.
During our stay, we were joined by family members for short visits and the accommodations provided ample comfort and privacy.
The kitchen is as advertised: chef quality, with everything necessary to prepare and serve elaborate meals.
The entire property is wired with stereo sound; flat screen TVs in the Lanai or "Florida room" as well as the bedrooms made it easy to enjoy entertainment. Outside speakers in the pool area allowed us to enjoy music during lazy afternoon/evenings.
Facilities for dining in the outside deck area include a Weber gas grill and dining table for 6; which we used extensively!
The property is well located in a quiet residential area, with supermarkets, pharmacy, etc. all close by. The Galleria Mall is only 5 minutes away; and includes several fine restaurants and a full range of shopping.
Best of all, was the property owner! Steve is an excellant host and was attentive to our every question. The entire property reflects his personal attention to detail and guest comfort and satisfaction.
We look forward to staying again at this property next year!
We highly reccomend this property for a wonderful vacation experience!

FABULOUS!!!!!

WOW! That is all I can say ! The pictures of this place do not do it justice - the house was immaculate and well maintained and beautiful! Not only was it beautiful it was well stocked and in an amazing location! The owner was very accomadating and very accessible and was incredibly helpful! We were traveling with our 16 month old daughter so to have a house that was well stocked, relaxing and in a conveniant location was a must! Thank you Steve for helping us have a WONDERFUL vacation!!!!!
