This beautiful mid-century contemporary styled home is tastefully furnished & located in the charming residential neighborhood of Victoria Park. Please note that this is not a party house. We are in a quiet neighborhood and while small parties are fine, we are respectful of our neighbors and wish to ensure that our guests do not disrupt the neighborhood as there are other better venues for large parties.
The home is conveniently located to all locations including just 2 blocks from Holiday Park, 4 blocks to a Publix supermarket, Walgreens, 1 mile to the Galleria, 1.5 miles to the beach, 2 miles to downtown and 6 miles from the airport or cruiseport.
The home features a fabulous open kitchen, complete with stainless appliances, central A/C and whole house stereo system and wifi. The Poolside Master bedroom features a king bed, flat screen LCD and french doors to the back yard and heated pool, as well as a granite and mosaic tiled bath. The second suite offers a Queen bed, its own private bath and flat screen LCD TV and also has french doors to the side patio with dining area. The side patio has just been refreshed with new high end decking material, tropical trees and art work.
The sunny Florida room has its own flat screen LCD, with theater surround sound & access to the tropically landscaped private pool area.
High Speed and wireless, nationwide (U.S, Canada and U.S. Virgin Islands) free phone and over 400 cable channels are included along with your own high end washer and dryer.
For the small ones, we have a crib that can be set up although please note that the house and most important, the pool area, are not child proof. In addition, we offer off street parking for up to 4 cars and can also arrange maid service for an additional fee.
