This glorious Beach House is located on the Atlantic Ocean , and provides unparalleled views of the waves rolling on to Ballston Beach in Truro. Originally constructed in the 1860's as a Boathouse for a US Life Saving Station, the Beach House is completely updated, yet retains its historical charm. The new design features a Fireplaced Living Room with a huge expanse of windows to showcase the spectacular setting, an enormous Dining Room with original glass paned double doors providing access to a Screened-In Porch, Wood rafters and a modern Kitchen with Granite Countertops. An architectural Spiral Staircase takes you to the Master Bedroom, which looks out over the epic Ocean, French Doors leading to an Upstairs Deck, a walk-in closet, an oversized Second Bedroom and a large Bathroom with a Marble Shower Area and Jacuzzi. With Central Air Conditioning and Heating, this magical Beach House can be enjoyed all year long.
