Enjoy the ocean and beautiful 7-mile crescent-shaped beach. This modern 2 bdrm condominium has amenities of an inground pool, tennis courts, + trash compactor. 1st bedroom has a queen bed, 2nd bedroom has twin beds, pullout sofa in the living room. Bath has a tub shower, sink, toilet and washer+dryer. Kitchen w/dishwasher, microwave, and full size appliances. Living room has a propane stove, cable tv, and vcr -- opens outdoors to deck and propane grill. Beautiful landscaping, ponds with lilly pads. Nearby Kittery has many outlets, shop for discounted brand names. Portland is north only 20 min.away. Wonderful parks for children and adults - Funtown Splashtown on US Route 1 in Saco. Beach Ridge Motor Speedway, Nascar, in Scarborough. Four professional golf courses nearby. Visit nearby Kennebunkport, home of two Presidents.
