Newly constructed and furnished 11/07, this condo is 2400 square feet plus 2 car garage and lanai. Completely furnished with place settings for 8 and dinner seating for 10. Fully functioning office. Includes water softener system and filtered drinking water. All TVs are connected to Direct TV. Distance to heated pool is 500 feet. Unit is professionally decorated with transitional furnishings from Robb & Stuckey, Crate & Barrel and Drexel Heritage. Mattresses are Simmons Beauty Rest Plush. This property is located to the east of Scottsdale in the foothills of the East McDowell Mountains. Mountain Views in all directions with nearby views of Mesa, Phoenix and Scottsdale. Fountain Hills features the world's highest fountain in a large lake at town center. Due to elevation, Fountain Hills is a few degrees cooler than the valley. As a result of all these factors coupled with easy access to airport and shopping, Fountain Hills is home to several very upscale communities.
