What makes The Flamingo of South Beach different? The Flamingo is conveniently located just 2 blocks walking distance from the very trendy Lincoln Road; where you are going to find you high end restaurants, bars, lounges, shopping, art galleries, etc. It's also just a 10 minute walk from Ocean Drive.
The Flamingo is easily considered the 'most happening' place to live in all of South Beach. Why? It sits on top of the largest residential parcel of land in all of South Beach. Three buildings on 16 acres of land, consisting of 1,600 units, for approximately 3,000 of Sobe's residents. The Flamingo was designed with 'Resort Style Living' in mind. No other building in Sobe even comes close in terms of amenities, comfort and convenience!
