Description of the Perdido Key vacation condo rental

This beautiful unit is also our second home. It is located in a new luxury complex. Palacio was one of the few complexes that were undamaged by Hurricane Ivan and was one of the first buildings to open on the key after the hurricane. Our vacation condominium was rated platinum (highest possible rating) by Resort-quest property management company. This unit has the largest 3 bedroom floor plan with approximately 2000 square feet of living area. The floor plan is unique as it has 2 master bedrooms each with their own wrap around balcony. The unit has numerous floor to ceiling glass panels giving you multiple gulf views from different rooms. The entire unit is furnished with designer furniture. The view from the kitchen, living room and master bedroom are breathtaking with 180 degree unobstructed view of the gulf including awesome views of sunrise and sunset from the private balcony.

Notes: The complex features waterfront fitness center, swimming pool, and a separate lap pool for dedicated swimmers. There is a hot tub surrounded by outdoor picnic and grilling area. Across the street are two state of the art lighted tennis courts. Just a short hike from the complex is the large, protected and unspoiled national sea shore line which is the home for a wide variety of wild life some of which are specific to the area.
