Additional information about rental rates

  • 2800 8000 a week / 12000-20000 a month on a yearly .Our Rates vary based upon # of people.
  • Deposits: DEPOSITS AND PAYMENT: A Vacation Deposit equivalent to at least 50% of total cost is due to owner. a deposit for any additional services requested after a Confirmation of the Booking is made and an invoice issued. Final payment consisting of the remaining charges for any additional services as requested including, security/damage deposit and any additional charges on the Vacation Agreement must be made at least 10 days prior to arrival. For reservations made within 15 days of arrival, the full payment is required upon signing and returning the Vacation Agreement. Failure to pay within this time frame or failing to sign this contract within this timeframe will entitle owner to provide alternate but equal accommodations. Other Fees: Security/Damage Deposit: Client shall provide owner with a security deposit of a minimum of $2,000 depending on the stay. This sum will be returned to the client within on or before 15 days provided that the property and its equipment are returned.
