Just minutes from the 101, 60, I-10 freeways, shopping centers and the Chandler Mall! Fireplace in living room, backyard with orange and lemon trees, covered patio, private entrance to front of home. HOA takes care of front yard. Fully furnished and includes all major appliances (washer/dryer, fridge, stove, and dishwasher.) New carpet installed in bedrooms.

We are Arizona residents and needed temporary housing as we were in-between homes. We looked as several options and this home was far the best option around. Our two year old loved the comuninity pool and parks that are walking distance from the home.The location is excellent as it is close to the free-way, the Chandler mall, which is one of the best malls is the valley, and good restaurants.

The owner of the house was very accommodating, along with her very friendly local relatives that can assist you during your stay if you need it.

Charming in a Great Location

Our stay here was very comfortable and the location was perfect for our needs. The house was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the back yard and the delicious grapefruit right from the tree. This rental is close to Chandler Mall and many good restaurants as well as close to Chandler Regional Hospital. For us it was midway between two of our children and their families.
Our only complaint, if you would call it such, was that the dining table is too small...okay for 2 or 3, but was difficult to seat 4. That would not be an issue for most people, but we have many friends in the area as well as family and it would have been nice to be able to comfortably seat some for lunch or dinner.
Our landlord was most accomodating, pleasant and helpful. What a nice friendly neighborhood. We felt safe and secure and enjoyed bike riding in the area.

Good Neighborhood/Location

Maria's home was very comfortable. It was well furnished & nicely equipped to meet a renter's needs. We appreciated the garage & the shade/sun patio for relaxing & grilling outdoors. The neighborhood was safe & comfortable for walking & biking with sidewalks everywhere & schools & parks nearby. The location in Chandler was convenient to shopping and major roads. We hope to stay there again.

Winter in Arizona

We are from cold Wisconsin and love the winters in Arizona. This cozy little 2 bedroom is just right. It's well furnished, clean and in a very nice neighborhood. The pool and hot tub are just a short walk around the corner and very well kept. We are enjoying our winter here and am sure you will enjoy your stay here too.
