This cozy, spacious, mountain themed condo offers 2700 square feet of living space with a very open floor plan that is perfect for large groups, multiple families and entertaining purposes. Ground level features a full game room and kid friendly bunk area sure to keep the youngsters busy for hours. Main level is complete with large living room, dining room, full kitchen, full sized washer/dryer and master bedroom. Upstairs loft is a second master suite with queen sized bed and full bath. A brand new hot-tub for 6 and gas BBQ grill with patio furniture (summer only) is sure to draw attention to the beautiful decks with views of the mountains and valley towards Frisco. Your Colorado vacation will be a very memorable experience staying in this Eagle Ridge Townhome. You will be only 5 minutes from all of the excitement Breckenridge has to offer. I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful condo. The new outdoor hot-tub was wonderful and very relaxing. The condo itself felt very much like home. I priced several units around the same price range and this one had some of the best ammenities. Working with Kevin was a very easy process. My family and I will not stay anywhere else when we go back to Breckenridge!!!
