This enables visitors to hike the many mountain trails on Mount Battie and take in stunning views of Penobscot Bay and its islands. This home is an easy walk to beautiful Camden Harbor where you can enjoy Windjammer sailing, shops, restaurants, library, amphitheater and Camden Opera House. Lake Megunticook is nearby offering freshwater swimming, kayaking, canoeing and fishing. Camden is truly a wonderful place to spend your next vacation!!

Notes: The two Guest Quarters down stairs have their own refrigerator and microwave each have a separate entrance. They also have a separate outside entrance. North side porch has table and six chairs. Six Adirondack chairs on the deck. Spectacular oceanfront home with commanding views of Penobscot Bay and the islands. Private beach area to explore the rocky coastline or to just sit and watch Lobster boats pull their traps. Two decks one very large wrap around deck with unobstructed views and plenty of space for entertaining and enjoying.

Great Extended-Family Vacation

This home is a 10! Our two weeks this summer were wonderful. Three generations..parents, 3 adult siblings with spouses and 4 granddaughters. Great amount of room to be together AND to spread out. The house is gorgeous and wonderfully appointed in a very quiet and peaceful setting. The house and property are very well maintained and the property manager is extremely responsive. The view of the water is magical and ever-changing. Access to the Bay for kayaking is convenient and Camden Harbor is a nice paddle. The sound of the small waterfall next to the house is very soothing. During our stay we were visited by wild turkeys, countless waterfowl, osprey and a pair of bald eagles.
Two weeks were not enough to visit all that this part of Maine has to offer. We are returning next summer to see more.

A Vacation To Remember

We wanted to celebrate my parent's 50th wedding anniversary with our entire family. Camden holds a special place in our hearts for many reasons. We were fortunate to find this spectacular house. It provided all the amenities we were looking for and more! The on-line description was accurate but the pictures did not do it justice!

The house was centrally located to numerous activities (too many to list) and attractions. With a household of people of differing ages and interests, the location afforded an ideal getaway for all.

The property manager was extremely attentive, responsive, and accessible. Couldn't ask for anything more!

We would definitely recommend this property to family and friends!

Wonderful family vacation house - amazing views

Great place for a family vacation. Offered privacy as well as generous open areas. Beautiful water views - the ultimate in privacy and seclusion while accessable to shops and restaurants. The website provided accurate information - there were really no surprises. Property manager was attentive and accessable. A truly memorable vacation.
