Accented by a dramatic pool/spa setting, BBQ and a large private backyard, this home has it all! Amenities include big screen TV/media center in the family room, TVs in all rooms, wet bar, fireplace, and dining for six. The master suite has a king bed, the second and third bedrooms have full California queen beds. Area highlights include the new Bob Hope Classic Course, Desert Springs Marriott, Grand Champions Tennis Stadium, McCullum Theatre, The River and El Paseo shopping and restaurants close by.

Nicely laid out home with mulitple bedrooms and bathrooms for multiple couples so you can maintain your privacy. Has all the basics that you need plus more. Back yard pool and hot tub very nice and welcome during the evenings. Good location although close to freeway and railroad, so tough to keep your windows open at night. Many golf courses and essential shops close by. Nice neighborhood for a mornng run.
