Expansive 3 bedroom, 2 full bath condo with gas fireplace, central air, and a private balcony for entertaining and enjoying the sights and sounds of Old Orchard Beach. Just across the street from the most beautiful stretch of beach Maine has to offer and about 3/4 of a mile to all the attractions at the famous Pier. The Maine Mall and the City of Portland, about a 10-15 minute drive and the Freeport outlets, including the L.L. Bean flagship store is about a 30 minute drive. Also nearby is the Racheal Carson Wildlife Preserve which offers miles of scenic hiking trails and Ferry Beach State Park. Also within driving distance to the Portland Sea Dogs (Boston Red Sox AA affiliate), Scarborough Downs, and a 1.5 hour drive to Boston. For more info forward an inquiry through this site.
