This house is located in a quiet, picturesque neighborhood bordering a nature preserve. Over 40' feet of easy access dock space to tie your boat. A public ramp nearby. Full service marina with gas and bait adjacent to neighborhood. Gracefully and tastefully decorated interiors, bathed in sunlight with lovely waterviews from a wraparound huge balcony with wonderful easterly breezes to enjoy a Cuban cigar with a Mojito. An upstairs Master suite with private bath with Jacuzzi, exercise equipment, lounge and office area with private balcony overlooking the Bay.
