With permissin, it is Perfect for entertaining large groups. The family room beckons w/ comfort, a 55' HD Sony and wood fire place. The office features High Speed Internet access w/ router, copy, fax, etc. A 40' motor home pad off patio includes water/hook up. Most necessities are included. Full time staff is on the premises to serve as desired. Just for fun: The 5 star 500 club and par 3 Futures golf course, Thunderbird Hiking Montains, the huge Wet and Wild water park, Victory Lanes Sports Complex (soft ball, batting cages etc. ) PKRA cart track w/ Bondurant HP carts, and the AZ model railroad park are within 2 miles. Fruit trees: Several fruit trees give their fruit between Jan 1 and end of Feb. Pick and eat is allowed and the oranges are extraordinary.
