Enjoy spectacular views of Barnstable Harbor, Sandy Neck, the best sunsets on Cape Cod, and all the beautiful boats from your comfortable Adirondack chairs. Step off the backyard and take a swim, cast a fishing pole, collect shells or just stick your feet in the sand. Sit back in the evening on the screen porch as the sun goes down and watch the boats go by as the people end their day at Sandy Neck. Large outdoor gas grill for barbecuing lunch or cooking up that fish you caught during the day. Walk to the marina and enjoy whale watching, Charter boat fishing, Dining, or cocktails overlooking the harbor. Take a short walk to Historic Barnstable Village and enjoy fine dining at the fabulous Dolphin Restaurant, The Barnstable Tavern, or breakfast at The Landing Restaurant.

This was a great spot for a family of 4 vacation. The cottage was perfect for screened in outdoor dinning watching the sunsets, coffee in the AM watching the sun rise, playing in the bay with the 1/4 mile low tide so that the kids see all kids of wildlife, and close to many attractions on the Cape. The cottage has all the basic ammentities you need and a nice personal touch with fresh hand picked flowers.
