The Compound is the most unique property on Marco Island. If you are looking for a great place where the your family or group can all stay together yet still have plenty of room and privacy for everyone, this is the place!
It consists of 4 buildings all enclosed in a private walled property. For large family reunions, corporate retreats, team building sessions, weddings, or photo shoots, The Compound Is Perfect!
The property offers more recreation than most hotels! It has its own heated swimming pool, a tennis court, a racquetball court, basketball, hot tub, steam room, sauna, exercise area with treadmill and Bowflex, and billiards. All yours! There is a private sun deck atop the main house with views out to the Bay, but with absolute privacy.

- The Compound can be customized to fit most requirements. Currently it is set up with 6 bedrooms ready for occupancy, but can be scaled up to easily accommodate 25-30 people with one week's notice. The main house has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate another two beds in the office if needed. The Villa has two bedrooms. The apartment in the Recreation Building has two bedrooms upstairs. There is also a large open room that can accommodate between 5-10 people if required. There is a Caretaker's apartment that is perfect for a private cook, driver, security, or other staff.
