We are the original owners who purchased this gorgeous unit in January 2008. We wanted to have a place right at the base of the village and the ski area. We are a family of six who love Winter Park.

Unlike most other 2 BR units, our condo has its own private entrance and is directly adjacent to heated, underground parking.
The location is incredible . . . only 200 steps from the main WP lift and 200 steps from the village and shops. The underground, heated parking is perfect.
We just got back from a great stay at this condo and after staying at the Zephyr the past several years this is our new favorite! Easy walk to lift and ski school and condo easily fit our 4 adults and 2 kids! We will be back!
Jeff's condo was fantastic. The condo laid out perfectly for our family of 7 and its proximity to the base of the ski slope allowed for quick in and out for breaks. We loved the fact that we didn't need to use a ski locker and could keep everything right in the condo. In addition the garage was right outside our door. Perfect location. Jeff was great to work with. Looking forward to our next stay!
We stayed in this unit with my two sons and my father. The setup with the two bedrooms and the bunks were perfect! We were able to stay up in the living room while the kids went to sleep in the other room--without fighting over the covers! The location was perfect for walking to the slopes in the morning and for returning for a quick bite at lunch. The outside entrance was super convenient and the underground parking was definitely nice when we received snow the night before. The owners of this unit were excellent to deal with and I could count on my questions being answered promptly via email or phone. I highly recommend this unit and hope to stay there again!
This condo is a great place to stay if you are at Winter Park! Its right across the street from all the village shops, activities, and more! We found this condo was more than adequate for our group and enjoyed the location. It allowed us to split up for the day and still be able to meet back at the condo at any time because it is so close. So if you are heading to the mountain, this place is a great place to stay!
We had a mini family reunion at Winter Park and stayed in the condo for a few days this past month. The condo was very clean and comfortable. The first floor access was perfect after a long day skiing, made the walk home short and easy. The tile in the kitchen and entryway made wiping up the melted mess from our snow boots a simple task. Thank you for sharing your condo with us, we look forward to returning!
Our family spent Christmas in this lovely condo. Its location is perfect for families with teenagers as it is a great place to meet back up to warm up and have lunch before heading back out to the slopes. The heated parking garage is also a nice bonus for those quick trips to the store, to eat out or to the Fraser Tubing Hill. The owner is very nice to work with and always responded quickly to our questions. Everything went very smoothly and made for a wonderful vacation for our family.
