Villa Karina is a spacious and charming 5 bedrooms , 4 ½ bathroom villa located in the prestigious island of Key Biscayne, a community that has everything needed to live comfortably while enjoying the convenience of being just a short drive from everything: the beach, movie theaters, mall, golf course, park, and lots of activities and countless sporting activities that will keep you and the kids busy while on vacation. The true essence of this community is achieved in this neighborhood of friendly faces.
Spacious and open best describe this home. Large rooms throughout, including dining and living room at the entrance of the home. Entertain guests in the leisure room with access to covered porch and fenced back yard. One large master suite with beautiful private bath also includes a balcony to back patio. The 4 other bedrooms are beautifully decorated and 2 of them have private bathroom and queen size beds, while the other 2 have double beds.
