The City Skyline Sub-Penthouse Suite is located on the 10th floor of The Corazon, a concrete and steel building conveniently located in downtown Victoria.

This is a spacious non-smoking, two-bedroom, southwest-facing apartment with spectacular views across Victoria’s downtown area and beyond to the Olympic Mountains, Juan de Fuca Strait, Victoria's Upper Harbour and Victoria's Inner Harbour.

Our 'All-Inclusive Rates' have taken into consideration some of the hidden costs that might be overlooked by our vacationers. Stocking your newly arrived at rental with 'basics' can really add up. For this reason, we supply our condos with lots of 'extras' that many rentals do not offer, such as paper goods (enough bathroom tissue and paper towels for the duration of your stay), trash bags, foil, plastic wrap, hand soaps, laundry softener and detergent, dish soap, a nice selection of herbs and spices, coffee,tea, and many other essential every-day items that you would normally need to purchase on your own.

This is a great location in downtown Victoria. It is close to just about all tourist amenities, just a couple of blocks from Victoria's China Town, Victoria City Hall and the Douglas Street and Government Street shopping areas. It is so convenient to everything....please read our guest book to find out what our guests say about the location of our City Skyline Suite.

We always meet our guests 'in-person' to make them feel welcome and to get them settled-in comfortably to their new surroundings. We provide milk, bread, fruit, water, tea and coffee so that our guests have the 'fixin's' for breakfast on their first morning. There's also free underground parking and there's a great breakfast restaurant and a fabulous coffee shop just one block away. Our rates are always 'All-Inclusive' we don't quote a low rate and then add on additional fees.

We chose this apartment because it looked so great in the video and we were not disappointed. Even the enticing video does not entirely do it justice. This 2 bedroom apartment has it all starting with LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. If you want to explore Victoria you don't really need a car. It is close to the main shopping area, banks, a nice hairdresser (a few doors away) and within a short walk of the harbor and many restaurants.
We were blown away by the panoramic views from all rooms. Night or day, it was just amazing to enjoy the ever changing vista from the balcony or the windows of this apartment. Every morning I found myself gazing at the distant hills, the amazing mountain range or watching the sea planes land in the nearby harbor. A view which changes with the weather.
The apartment is stylishly and comfortably furnished with everything we needed for a nine day stay, right down to a couple of umbrellas and a shopping trolley. Fortunately, the weather was glorious for most of our stay.
But best of all was the kind and helpful attention we received from Steve and Trish, right down to our being met us at the sea plane jetty. They were so welcoming that we knew we had made the right choice even before we got to the apartment.
As soon as we had unpacked we felt comfortable, happy and 'at home'.
I have stayed in many similar types of property in UK, over the last five years, but must say that this one is the best so far both in owner helpfulness and standard of accommodation. Thank you Steve and Trish. Will be in touch if I head out this way again and will recommend City Life Suites to everyone I meet who are heading to Victoria.

Exceeded Expectations

I recently spent 10 days in Victoria and had to make last minute arrangements to rent the City Skyline Suite, a 2-bedroom condo in downtown Victoria. The airport shuttle dropped me
minutes from the condo, and even though it was late on a Saturday night, the owners met me and walked me to the condo. They offered detailed information and answered all questions and provided full written information on the condo and Victoria which proved most helpful. The location was central to everything and made getting around Victoria much easier.

The condo exceeded expectations with great views of the City and harbour, full amenities including computer, cable TV, washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen, free long distance in Canada, and a free parking spot below the condo. It was modern, spotlessly clean and quiet.

The owners were available by phone to answer questions and were friendly and hospitable. I have no hesitation in recommending City Life.

We found our stay to be very enjoyable, the perfect home away from home. The unit is located in the perfect location being only 10 minutes walking distance away from the harbour, close to all shopping and restaurants and many attractions within the harbour area. The unit was very clean and tidy and it was great to have laundry onsite as well as secured parking within the building. Steve and Trish were wonderful! We would recommend this property to anyone that we know going to Victoria. As well, we would not hesitate to stay at this location again ourselves the next time we visit.

An excellent property! A very clean and well maintained 10th floor unit with exceptional views of downtown Victoria. Dealing with Steve and Trish was a delight. When we checked in, they had provided food supplies like coffee, cereal, milk, bread, etc so that we didn't have to rush out to the store - a nice touch! They are definitely focused on their customers' needs. We did a lot of walking while we were there (although the city bus system is excellent and easy to use) and the weather was great (low to mid 60s, mid-June with the only rain the day we left). Excellent pubs and restaurants (The Sticky Wicket & John's Place are two that we really liked). Bottom-line, excellent location in a gorgeous town. We'd recommend strongly.

Our City Skyline Suite is in a superb location for people who enjoy the many historic downtown areas of Victoria. Just 2 blocks to the 2nd oldest Chinatown in North America, 3 blocks to Market Square and Old Town Victoria, 4 blocks to the Lower Johnson Street fashion area (Lo Jo) and many other fascinating areas.

Right across the street is the most popular breakfast restaurant in town 'John's Place', there's a cafe 'Penelopes' and a wonderful Greek Restaurant 'The Black Olive' in the same location.

Just 2 blocks away you'll find a wine and spirits store and a great tapas restaurant. There's a 24/7 7-11 convenience store just 3 blocks away.

A Royal Bank of Canada branch is 2 blocks away, City Hall is 1.5 blocks, CTV Victoria's studios are 3 blocks away, Save On Foods Memorial Arena is 3 blocks away......it's all right at your doorstep.
