This lovely home is centrally located, and close to shopping malls and golf courses. The Peoria Stadium and Surprise Stadium is within 10 minutes for those who are interested in attending the Spring Training. Cardinal Stadium,and Coyote Arena and the Phoenix International Raceway for other sporting events are only 15 minutes away, Close to museums and Parks. Grocery and Drug stores are 1 mile away. We are 15 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. Camelback Mountain is about 10 minutes for those who like to hike. We are within 1 1/2 hours from Grand Canyon, Sedona, Flagstaff (Snowbowl for the avid Skier) We are close to the lake Pleasant for those who love to fish or to go boating. This home is about as centrally located as a home could be.
