This beautiful home is located on a private mountain across Resort Drive from the huge indoor/outdoor water park, Two minutes away. Four minutes to the resort gate .

Largest game room at Massanutten . Brunswick slate pool table, ping pong , foosball , Shadow Turbo air hockey . All game tables are regulation size. Board games Mini kitchen with full size fridge and microwave. Screened in lower deck with wicker furniture and fan off game room .

Three 55 ' HD TVs, 200 channels . HBO /Show Time / Blu-ray DVD / Wii / XBox 360 Kinect. XBox .150 games. . High speed internet / WIFI

Four bedrooms with flat screen TVs with DVD players. Three full bathrooms and lots of space inside & out for your family getaway

MPOA owners outdoor pool pass for June July August, $5.00 fee per person a day .

Extras included , Luxury Sheets , Foam Pillows, Quilts, Blankets, Hair dryers. Kitchen items, Waffle maker, Blender, Panni maker, Mixer, Counter top grill, Toaster, Slow cooker, Sliver ware , Corning ware ,Cook ware , Dinnerware for 12 , Coffee maker, Spice rack , Keurig B70 ( K cups not furnished.) We pick a new place every year for our extended family vacation. We have never stayed at such a lovely place before. We always come with our own knives, cookware etc, because usually what is provided is basic at best. What we have here is better than a 5 star hotel...spotless, beautifully decorated, quality throughout! There was nothing lacking. We may have to change our ways and return to this place again and again. Everything was as it was described and more. Plenty of activities nearby, including golf, horseback riding, vineyards, etc. just amazing.

WOW! This was one of the most outstanding places we have stayed. The photos don't do it justice. It was very clean, all amenities were top quality. The beds were very comfortable. It is so roomy that everyone can be all together or a person can have their own space. The game room was great, and so many TV choices. It is so nice that the "little" things are provided, such as spices in the kitchen, laundry detergent. All of the little things that you need but don't want to pack were available. We intend to return. I would recommend this property to anyone visiting that area. The owners are very nice to work with and very accessible.

In our many years of renting vacation homes, this is by far one of the most well maintained and welcoming houses we have had the pleasure of renting. It has so much space for the children to spread out downstairs and the gameroom kept everyone entertained with the various game tables and video game systems. The adults enjoyed the gorgeous views from the screened in porch. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed to prepare meals. It was also very nice to have a garage for loading/unloading our luggage and groceries. The house is located just across the road from the indoor water park and just minutes from the slopes. Paula was very professional and helpful in every way. We would highly recommend this house and look forward to visiting again!

The lisitng for this property was all that it included and more. The photos didn't show the property off in it's entirety! There were so many more amenities then what was shown in the discription. This house was immaculate and well maintained. The owner paid attention to every detail when supplying this house. We arrived on a Sunday for Thanksgiving with Family and friends, we were welcomed by a 9 foot christmas tree and LED candles throughout the house. The colors of the lit 9 foot christmas tree matched all the decorations of the home! When I say every detail--- she didn't miss anything! The owner was very helpful and didn't mind answering all my questions (and I had many). She was very prompt to respond. She was very, very easy to deal with. The fluffy towels, the comfortable beds, flat screen televisions in every room and DVD players made our stay an enjoyable one (especially when you can watch your favorite show without inturruptions). The video games were a big hit. We didn't have to bring one game or movie.We're still talking about the game room. It was enjoyed by all ages. We are planning to come back very soon. If you're looking for a beautiful place to stay , and you like to pack light this is it! You don't have to bring anything but your luggage.
