This is your home away from home! This remarkable house is completely remodeled, cozy and warm, with all the amenities you’ll need.

It is located across Sunset Park, by Eastern/Warm Springs. It is 5 minutes to the airport and the Strip. It has been newly and tastefully furnished.

Downstairs includes; family room with 50” LCD HDTV and fireplace, living room with lounging area, granite counters in the fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, all new stainless appliances, dining table seating 8.

Upstairs you’ll find a luxurious master bedroom suite with king size bed, 37” plasma HDTV, oversize bathtub, separate shower, double sink, walk in closet.

The four other bedrooms have queen size beds, one with a 32' LCD HDTV.

You will love the huge game room with full size pool table, 50' plasma TV, high end casino game table and lounging area.

Outdoors a quiet and cozy backyard awaits you. Relax under a covered tiled patio and enjoy a meal prepared on the large stainless steel gas grill.

Perfect Holiday

First of all,thank you Georgeta for easy and very friendly contact.We are from germany and it was a perfect holiday for us.The pictures promises a lot but the reality is much better
The home was warm,very nice &clean and there is a lot of space.And the game room is perfect when you want to have a quiet day.
The Airport is around the corner but it´s a quiet area.
Shopping is around the corner (Wal-Mart...) and the strip is only a few minutes away.
I can recommend this house to everyone who would like to have comfortable holiday

Vegas with a Championship

We came in for the National Championship game between Auburn and Oregon. Having never been to Vegas we didn't know what to expect. The house was outstanding. It met or exceeded all expectations. Great neighborhood, three miles from airport and 5 to the strip. could not have asked for anything better. This is the way to go.

Thanksgiving in Vegas

Our Thanksgiving in Las Vegas was amazing! Close to everything we needed and more! We are so grateful that we had this home away from home to be able to share an amazing meal with all our family members. The kitchen was perfect for making everything from the turkey to the pies! Plenty of space for all of us ages 75 down to 1 years old. We were very comfortable and felt quite cozy in this house. Would definitely stay here again without question! Thank you Georgetta for sharing your home with us. And a special thank you for returning that sentimental item that I had forgotten without hesitation. God bless you.
