A luxurious vacation home. Gorgeous 3000 square foot home with 5 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, vaulted ceilings and 2 kitchens. Main kitchen opens into living room which overlooks the lake. Living room includes gas fireplace, toy room and DIRECTV/TiVo/XM Sat, DVD and VCR. Newer furnishings with decor from Pottery Barn and Restoration Hardware. The beds and linens are perfect for those afternoon naps and relaxing evening sleep. Decks allow for unobstructed lake panorama views, including partial view of Konocti. BBQ on the deck while you watch the sunset. Fabulous views from most of the rooms. This is a remarkable family home including baby friendly items like a crib, swing, toys, and baby gates. Large Boat Dock on one of the top skiing and fishing locations on the lake. Boat dock allows for 2 boats on either side + 1-2 jet ski’s. This location is perfect for those bass fishermen. Plenty of parking for vehicles and boat trailers. Relax in the spa overlooking the calm waters within Lily Cove.

Lakefront: We are located in one of the best coves in the lake. We are sheltered from the wind. Bass fishermen come all over the lake to fish in our cove. There is great fishing right from our dock. Our cove is a great place to water ski or wake board. Konocti Resort and Spa is a 7+ minute boat ride. Enjoy the concerts on the lake, Wine tasting around the lake. You can actually boat to a few wineries. You can also boat to Konocti Vista Casino. There are local Casinos in the area.

Owners Bio: I grew up going to Clearlake in the summer time as my grandparents lived here. I had such good memories having fun on the lake. Now my own family can enjoy life on the lake. We bought our house in 2004 and remodeled it. After a few years, we realized we could not be at the lake every weekend due to our children's activities. This is why we decided to rent it out. Now other families are able to enjoy our house on the lake.

Why we chose Clearlake: We thought our location was a good spot when we purchased our house. It was not until we moved in, we realized that our house is located in one of the top skiing and fishing coves in Clearlake. During the summer time, our house is sheltered by the wind. It can be white caps in the middle of the lake, and be totally calm in our cove. Many people from other locations on the lake come to our cove to ski and wake board. **If you use the map feature, it actually zooms on the wrong house. We are located two houses to the left from the house it zooms in on.**

The Unique Benefits at this Lakefront Home: Large comfortable house. Great location with beautiful views. Nice comfortable beds with high end beding and linens. 2 Kitchens fully stocked with everything you have in your own home. Spa right by the water. Large dock with patio area. Large boat dock to accomodate 2 boats.

Golf: There is a golf course near Konocti (7 min boat ride), or a golf course at Hidden Valley (25 min drive).

Other Activities: Kayaking, Boating, Hot Air Ballooning, Wildlife Viewing

We stayed at this house for 3 nights. There were 10 women in our group. It was one of the nicest places we have ever stayed. The house was clean with very comfortable beds. There was a spectacular view of the lake from 3 of the bedrooms.

The kitchen was fully equipped with every appliance we could want.

We sat on the deck, watched the boats go by, the fabulous sunset and just relaxed.

We all definitely recommend this house. It would also be perfect for a family vacation. My family may go back this summer.

My wife and I and my son and his family spent a wonderful week at this spacious, beautifully maintained and beautifully appointed lake house. The kitchen was well-stocked with all the appliances, cookware, plates, etc. that we needed. We fished, we swam, we boated, we soaked in the hot tub, we soaked in the beautiful scenery, we relaxed.

From the online description, we expected the house and location to be exceptional and they were! Thanks to the Higgins family for sharing their lakeside paradise!

We had the BEST TIME at the lake! Friends and family love the Higgin's home with the great view, spacious rooms, two kitchens, and all the other amenities - can't wait to go back!

Amazing and RELAXING home for our family. We loved being so close to the water and sitting in the spa at night. Home is decorated beautifully and we really felt like we were on vacation. Will rent again.

My wife and I have been searching for the perfect waterfront home at Clearlake for a long time and this is it. The house is very large and beautifully decorated. Access to the sitting area, the hot tub, the dock and the lake are incredible. My three boys ages 13 - 6 just love it. And don’t forget the views as you barbeque your dinner after a great day at the lake. This place can’t be beat and we will be back again and again.
