This wonderful Hilton Head Island home is located in the heart of North Forest Beach! The first floor has a living room with a sleeper sofa, loveseat, TV, VCR, DVD player and opens to the dining room that seats eight. The fully equipped kitchen has granite counters and stainless steel appliances. A sitting area has a sleeper sofa and door to the pool area. The first bedroom has a king bed, TV, chair, and shares a bathroom with a second bedroom with bunk beds. The third bedroom has a king bed, TV, and door to pool area. A bathroom is located in the hallway with a tub and shower combination. A fourth bedroom has a queen bed, TV, DVD player, and shares the hall bath. The second floor holds the master suite with a king bed, chair, TV, DVD player, and mini bar with sink and small refrigerator. A private bath has a jetted tub and separate shower. The deck has a new 13ft x 24ft pool (which can be heated for an extra charge), table for eight, four lounge chairs, and a gas grill.

Located on North Forest Beach on Hilton Head, the home is in a very private residential area. Access to the beach is very limited so it is never crowded. A short walk takes you to shopping and many different restaurants. The island area has many golf courses, tennis, a water park, fitness centers, two outlet malls, four star restaurants, and many national retailers. Grocery shopping is very economical and there are many choices if you choose to cook in. A one hour drive takes you to beautiful Savannah or Beaufort, both historical cities with beautiful antebellum homes. Two hours takes you to Charleston.

We've just returned from a great vacation at 19 Jacana in Hilton Head. The home is beautiful; the location is perfect; access to the beach is the next best thing to waterfront. We highly recommend this home.

Just returned from a family (8 adults, 2 kids) vacation at this lovely house. It was all we expected and more. The home is beautiful, ideally located, nicely furnished and provided us with a great vacation experience.
The location is perfect - less tha 200 yards to a relatively private beach area, a quiet street, yet within walking distance of Coligny Plaza.
