Come and enjoy all that Hilton Head Island has to offer. New on the rental market, owners still use it frequently clean and very nice. Updated villa located across from the beach. The villa comes with 2 beach bikes for your use. From the villa you are able to walk to the Salty Dog cafe and South Beach marina and other restaurants. THE BEACH IS 2 MINUTES AWAY, no need to drive. Harbor town is bike ride away and the bike path starts out the front door. Sea Pines is the largest plantation on Hilton Head Island. The world famous Harbor Town Golf Links, home of the Heritage golf tournament every spring. Convenient to shopping, restaurants, nature trails, horse stable, and miles of paved bike trails make this the ideal location for some rest and relaxation. The beach offers swimming, sunning and parasailing. Our villa has a loft bedroom upstairs/loft open below to a bright living room with sofa sleeper/double. Complete with cable TV/DVD/VCR and stereo. Kitchen is fully furnished.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The location in South Beach is perfect! It is a short walk to the beach, and there are restaurants(e.g. the Salty Dog Cafe) and entertainment just around the corner. The beach, while not as wide as most of the beaches in HH, is wonderful due to the abundance of dolphins and other wildlife. The sunsets over Daufuskie Island (which you can see across the sound) are spectacular. The condo is well-equipped and comes with extra amenities such as bikes. Excellent place to stay!!

What a lovely vacation home. Our family had a wonderful time. Close to everything! You can walk everywhere.
We look forward to staying here again. Loved the pool!

This property was incredible! We WILL be back next year. The condo was in great shape and in a great location, close to the beach and the pool....... and the Salty Dog! We have already told many people about our experience.
