This spacious 1250 sq. ft., 2 bedroom/2private full baths, ground floor Villa is newly updated (Fall 2007) and professionally decorated. It is located, approx. 5 min. walk to BEACH, in the quiet, scenic, park like setting in the West Hyde Park section on the grounds of the beautifully landscaped, private, gated Oceanfront Resort of Kingston Plantation. This unit has been recently painted with new carpeting threw out, all new furnishings and decor. The unit sleeps 6 comfortable. The Master Suite features a King size bed, cable TV, ceiling fan and Private full bath area. The Second bedroom is equipped w/ Two Queen Size beds, cable TV, ceiling fan, and private full bath area. The Living Room/ Dining Room Combo has a Queen Sofa Convertible, cable TV w/ VCR/DVD player and dining room seating for six. Sorry, this is a NO SMOKING / NO PETS UNIT.
