My Vacation in Aruba

First I would like to say the property was nice and the houses were well maintained. The location of the homes were in a convenient area for beaches, shopping entertainment and casinos. I would recommend this property to my friends for their vacations. The owner provided good customer service. We had to call because there was not enough wash clothes in the home and there was a power outage but someone responded to the complaints right away. I was however a little disturbed when the house keeper came to bring more wash clothes She just walked right in the house without knocking. I have rented a lot of properties for vacation and I am accustom to people knocking before entering. Someone also came by to check on somthing in one of the bathroom upstairs, she walked right in the bathroom and one of my guest was in the bath at the time. That was a very uncomfortable situation for the guest and the housekeeper, if that who she was did not give any explanation she just closed the door and left. (Not good) Outside of these 3 incidents the trip was very enjoyable the accomodations very comfortable and I would rent this property again if ever in Aruba. Thanks for an enjoyable vacation.
Owner's Response: We are glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay and that we were responsive to your requests. Only with guest's permission, are our service and maid personnel allowed to enter our villas. After knocking and determining that the villa is unoccupied, service and maid personnel may enter to perform repairs or deliver supplies with the guest's permission.
