Reservations made within 7 days of arrival will be charged the full amount. Reservations made over core holidays will be charged the full amount at time of reservation – 4th of July, Memorial Day, Christmas, etc.) Payment is refundable if canceled 31 days prior to arrival. Reservations canceled under 30 days will forfeit all payments. No refunds for early departures. Rate Quotes Include:: Onsite check-in and check-out service at front desk. Rates are subject to change without notice. Standard amenities include luxury soaps and shampoo. Dishwashing soap, dish soap, laundry detergent, paper towels and additional items are also included. Fresh towels and light cleaning will occur mid-week on stays of 6 nights or more. Daily maid service is available for an additional fee. The Front Office staff is available to assist you with local knowledge of recreational activities, make reservations for dining, spa treatments, babysitting and area and resort activity bookings. Rates quoted exclude taxes and resort fees.

Pets and Smoking: Persons, and physically impaired persons shall be allowed to keep certified seeing-eye dogs, certified signal dogs, and certified service dogs, respectively, in the villa. Further, nothing herein or in the Bylaws shall hinder full access to the complex by persons with disabilities. Our property is strictly NON-SMOKING, which includes both inside and any outside areas. There are NO Exceptions! Violators will be assessed a substantial cleaning/deodorizing fee.
