House is on a quiet dead end street, walking distance to Hinkley's Pond. Private dock available for your use. Walk to Bike Path. Conveniently located, close to many lake as well as ocean beaches. Minutes from Long Pond. Conservation land with trails is right across the street. Close to trampolines, go-karts, miniature golf. 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 2 twins. Outdoor shower. Deck in back of house. Washer and dryer in basement.

Bike to anywhere using the Cape Cod Rail Trail which can be accessed less than 1/4 mile from the house. Dock rights to Hickley Pond and close to Long Pond-the largest pond on Cape Cod. Towns with great restaurants, shopping for art, antiques, crafts. Playgrounds nearby.
