Enjoy Spa-like amenities with a Great Location!

Tracy, we want to thank-you for a wonderful stay while in Vegas. Initial communication was great and the transaction was smooth and easy. The house is great for entertaining and conducent to reconnecting as a family with lots of large open spaces. It is located along the flight path for the airlines and we did notice some jet noise when outside by the pool / hot tub, but it wasn't an issue while inside at all. There were a few small maintenance items that could have been done, but none of them affected our stay satisfaction at all and we did not report any of them until after we left (so we cannot comment on how quickly they would have been resolved had we reported them). Upon our departure, we sent the owner a list and suspect they will be quickly rectified based on our overal experience with this unit. We would certainly stay here again. There are several things about this property that are positive. The house and pool/yard are very nice. I was worried about it being just SE of the airport, but it was quiet and a convenient location. The things that could be improved upon include:
1. For check-in, the owner kept us waiting outside the property for 1.5 hours with an infant and a car full of food– the result of poor communication with her son and no communication to us.
2. She offered to watch for and secure packages sent in advance of our arrival. Three of the 7 packages were secured. One required driving all over LV to retrieve since we were not provided the address of the USPS to pick it up. The final packages were apparently stolen since they were confirmed delivered and not there for us. The owner would do well to arrange a location – mailbox facility or other – to accommodate guests needing to ship in advance.
3. We had to reset the water heater ourselves to get hot water in the guest bathrooms. The owner’s setting gave us no hot water and a very cold shower for my daughter.
4. No soap, shampoo, etc. was provided. There were minimal towels provided, so we were apparently expected to launder the few there if we needed more.
5. The guest bath had no rugs on the cold tile floor and no bath mat to step on when exiting the shower. The mold in the grout and on the shower curtain was quite unsightly.
6. The pool was not heated and only a remote to control the spa was provided. The remote turned the spa and bubbles on and off separately. There were two additional controls which we were told were for lights, but no lights worked.
7. Fear and frustration continue to mount when two scorpions were found in the laundry room - just feet from where my grandson slept.
8. And finally, the owner did not show at the appointed time to check us out. When a deposit is held for satisfactory check-out, it is unsatisfactory to not be present when the owner walks through. Further, the owner has requested no feedback to improve their property and customer service.

If you are planing to stay more than 2 nights in Vegas and you have KIDS, DOGS or if you are a group of people with no kids who are looking freedom and enjoying of a being in a very well decorated, Big house with a Beautiful, Huge back yard with an unique slided pool and spa area with an awesome sound system all around the house which could be adjusted individually for inside at the living room and the pool table area and also pool has a separate system all in one center, then DON'T EVEN WAIST YOUR TIME MAKING YOUR MIND, JUST BOOK THIS REMEMERABLE HOUSE just located 10 minutes to strip with no traffic! Hi my name is Omid. In Auget 2012 Me and my family stayed here for 7 nights. We live in California so we traveled to Vegas more than 40 times before and tried the most famouse hotels in Vegas such as Wynn and Plazzo and 30 more BUT this is the trip that we are still talking about and going to plan another staying soon. Nice neighborhood close to Airport and strip with a lot of nearby shopping and restuarants with no traffic. It's safe for kids, dogs. It's FUN for any age. The owner is very nice, she responds to all our requests very on time. She's very generous, all kitchen and bath cabinets are full with best of market althought it's not her responsibility. The central window system, Big gated parking, Gym room, laundry room with wsher and dryer, The pool table and bar were very useable. Nobody got tired of being at this awesome house after 7 nights. We just went to strip once or twice because we had all the FUN inside this place.
