This unit is located on the edge of Waikiki, in the perfect location to escape the fast pace of Waikiki, but still just minutes walk to the middle of it all. The condo is located 5 to 10 minutes walk to the world famous Waikiki beach, Ala Moana shopping center, bars and restaurants High floor with perfect unobstructed views of the Koolau Mountain Range, city, and Ala Wai River from your own lanai. The ocean can be viewed from the bedroom, kitchen, and front lanai of this unit. This unit is also a corner unit in the building, which means extra privacy. The building is fully secured with a key only access into the building and elevators. Pool and BBQ grills on main floor of building. Sleep arrangements: This unit accommodates six. Each bedroom has one queen bed with Therapeutic mattress, one pull out full from living area couch. There is seating for six in living and dining area.

The location of this condo is perfect to walk to the beach, hotels ans shops. The bus stops are nearby and from tem you can see the whole island at a moderate cost.
The bedrooms are adequate for 4 poeple but little room is provided to store luggage. There was a few plastic drawers in the closet for storage. Hangers were provided.
The bathroom was well stocked with towels, facecloths etc.
The kitchen was provided with a stove, fridge, microwave and towels for doing dishes.
Cutlery was almost non existant for the three in our party it could not have supplied for six.
The dishes were plastic and could not be used for warming in the stove and I didn't use it in the microwave. There were pots and pans as well as serving utensils but these were numbered as well as the cups and glasses.
What we didn't appreciate were the cockroaches and the multitraps that were set about the kichen. Needles to say we made certain the garbage was put out after every meal.
I would not recommend this particular condo unless you were aware of it's shortcomings.

My husband, two kids and I visited Hawaii for the first time this November. We had a wonderful experience in Hawaii and at the Royal Aloha condominium. The location was very central we hardly used our car, except for driving around the island. The views from the condo captured what vacationing on the islands should feel like! The condo was clean and well equipped. I would recommend this property to a friend.
