All rates are based on length of stay, number of guests, time of year, special events, etc etc I typically have a 3 night minimum but will consider 2 nights depending on time of year and existing bookings.

I dont have many reviews directly entered online because I have visitor books in my homes where people leave their comments. I have always enjoyed those types of books and reading reviews in peoples own hand writing when I vacation in a rental home, so that's my preferred method of gathering reviews. I dont screen out direct online reviews, I just dont get many because most of my guests leave them in the books in the homes.
I advertise thru many channels, and while I try to keep this calendar up to date, there is an occasional lag. I recieve availability emails on my pda and typically respond to availability inquiries within a few hours (and I'll respond even if I dont have availability)....

I enjoy sharing my home and Baltimore with folks from around the world...Children are most welcome but please look at the photos to decide if you're comfortable having them run around this house....Quiet, responsible drinkers and non-drinkers are welcome and smokers are welcome (but ALL smoking must be done outside with butts disposed of appropriately)....Drugs in any form are not welcome....
As for parking, there is a parking pad in the back that accomodates 1 vehicle less than 20' long, and no permits are required for that space......Other than that, this is a permit only neighborhood....not typically too bad if there are no ballgames, but a guaranteed ticket on game days.....I do have a visitors permit that may be used for a second vehicle, but you'll have to sign over your first born if anything happens to it!!! It's like gold, and once lost, it can't be replaced until next year!!!
