SPREAD OUT...THIS IS NO HOTEL SUITE! Our spacious home is nestled in a gated subdivision and provides a quiet, tranquil retreat in a mountain setting with explosive sunsets! The 2450 sq ft. living space has four large bedrooms with a master suite upstairs and a first-floor bedroom with its own full bath across the hall. Two bedrooms are linked by a Jack and Jill bathroom with two sinks. The large eat-in kitchen provides plenty of counter space and room to move and flows right to the family room allowing many a great place to congregate and talk. A large wrap around patio with a sandbox nestled in the back provides for day play and evening star-gazing!

To really explore AZ, you can take in Sedona, Flagstaff, or Tucson in a two hour drive, or head up the hill to the pines of Payson in an hour and 15 minutes, or the one-and-only Grand Canyon South Rim is three and half hours NW!

Beautiful, clean, spacious, comfortable home with all ammenities. Neighbors are friendly. Owners have thought of every detail and are a pleasure to work with. Will definitely stay here again!

This house is FANTASTIC! Everything about it is great, the location, the backyard, and the inside is huge! This is such a great house for little children since there is a playhouse outback with mini cars. My grandchildren didn't want to come inside-they were having way too much fun outside!
We will definitely rent this place again! Kerri and Trent were great, we really appreciated their help and how easy it was to finalize the arrangements.

The place in Las Sendas was wonderful. We had lots of space for a large family gathering. The house allowed for some to watch tv in one living room and visit in the other. If we are back next year, we surely will start with this place. Thanks again to Clark and Kerri.
