The other three bedrooms all have queen beds : The other three bedrooms all have queen beds with the most comfortable bedding and artistic decor. The brand new gourmet kitchen is completely stocked and offers State of the Art stainless appliances and new cherry cabinets. The kitchen overlooks the dining and sitting area with picture window and original wood burning fireplace. The picture window overlooks the backyard designed for entertaining. The brand new built in BBQ is perfectly situated for the chef and jacuzzi to have the best view of Camelback Mountain. When the sun goes down the Jacuzzi’s ambiance is accented with a gas fire pit with surround seating. Enjoy its warmth while star gazing at the vast Arizona sky.
Arcadia is the place to be!: Arcadia has long been one of Arizona’s most highly desired neighborhoods for many reasons. The area was originally developed in the 1950’s because of its outstanding mountain views and comfortable distance away from Downtown Phoenix. Since then Scottsdale, Paradise Valley and Phoenix have all grown around it making Arcadia a central residential paradise of the best Shopping, Dining, and Nightlife that Arizona has to offer. Five minutes to the west you’ll find The Biltmore Fashion Park and ten minutes to the east you’ll find Old Town Scottsdale.
