This is a beautiful newly built home in North Scottsdale. Home has a large gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counters in kitchen and bathrooms, ceiling fans throughout, an indoor fireplace, large Mitsubishi T.V. and CD/DVD player in living room. Home has 2 large decks, a 3 car garage, a built-in outdoor barbecue, an outdoor fireplace, a rock waterfall/ pond. Great for entertaining! There are 2 additional TVs in bedrooms along with a stereo in master bedroom. 4 bedrooms have walk-in closets. Master bedroom also features a jacuzzi tub. Dining room seats 6. Kitchen seats 3 at counter and 4 at kitchen table. There are 4 queen beds and 2 twin beds. 2 additional twin beds, a Pack and Play and High Chair are available. Home is in a charming, gated and exclusive neighborhood which is steps from a neighborhood park. Rent includes access to community center with adult and toddler pools, fitness center, tennis courts. Home is close to West World and Golf Course

Great home away from home

My family had a fantastic vacation at this home. It is huge, and just right for a multiple family vacation. It was very clean and obviously very new.

It had all the small appliances that we needed from a toaster oven to a blender and crockpot, and it was well-equipped with stuff to make traveling with children easier like a high chair and pack n play. The kids loved the big jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom, and we really liked how spacious all of the rooms were. Probably the only downside was that we had a hard time getting the master bedroom to cool down like the rest of the house. It wasn't horrible, but the difference in temperature was definitely noticeable.

The community has a little park a block down the street and a great community pool (both a kids' zero entry very shallow pool as well as a bigger lap-oriented pool) about 2 miles away. We really took advantage of the pool area and the fun playground over there.

The community has a very nice upscale shopping area, where we ate like kings very reasonably at Eddie V's happy hour. (Thanks for the rec!) You should know that Scottsdale is pretty darn huge and that this community was definitely far north, but we were not bothered by the distance at all.

We rent homes fairly often and this was definitely one of our better experiences. I would definitely recommed this place.

Great Place to Stay

If you are looking for Five Star comfort with a touch of home then this is the place to stay. This well-designed home is exceptionally furnished, spotless and very comfortable. The 5 bedrooms are very spacious with great beds. The mastersuite has an exceptional bathroom, jacuzzi tub and shower. It also has a very nice bedroom on the first floor if one is required for an older guest who is not comfortable going up and down stairs. This home would work well for families, get away weekends, vacations or lengthy business stays and offers everyone plenty of breathing room and personal space. If you are contemplating golf as part of any visit, several top golf courses are located within 10 minutes of the home and are easily accessible. Market Street is also nearby and offers excellent restaurant opportunities. However, if you like to cook, then the kitchen and outdoor grill are top notch. We enjoyed cooking and the evenings on the patio. Working with Luanne, the owner, to arrange for rental of the home was easy and problem free which is important when renting a vacation home.

I would highly recommed this home. We plan to go back. Thanks again for a great place to stay!

Super property for Super Bowl weekend

Truly a luxury home by all accounts. People from Rhode Island, Massachusetts and California stayed here four nights during the Super Bowl. Everything exceeded expectations. The neighborhood is located in a new community with easy access to shopping, dining and recreational activities. Don't forget to go to the great community pool. This home was spacious, tastefully decorated (with nice accents) and spotless. The host was very accommodating and gracious enough to leave a welcome basket for us. Everyone that stayed could not have been happier with this selection. With seven adults, we all had our space and never felt on top of each other, even when we were all in the kitchen together.
I would absolutely recommend this property.

Great Place to Stay

My wife, parents, mother-in law, 2 year old and 5 1/2 year old stayed here for a week. This was the first time we rented a house on-line and it was a great experience. Luanne was easy to work with and the house was great. Very Spacious. Good location. Enough room for the kids to play. Enough bedrooms for all the kids to have there own room. The bedrooms were big and the kitchen was huge. It was clean and stacked with everything we needed. When we told Luanne that we needed a pack and play she even went out and bought one. We were suprised to find a few toys for the kids to play with as well.

My wife and I would highly recommend this house as a place to stay.
