My family and I spent a total of 5 weeks in this condo from the end of January through the first week in March, 2009. The condo is
in perfect condition and the furnishings include practically anything you could ever want in any private home - much less in a
rental! For most of the month we prepared almost all meals at home and really appreciated all the little touches, like a blender,
hand mixer, rice maker, coffee grinder, and slow cooker - not always found in rental properties, but very convenient when you are
making it a home for an extended period. As far as cleanliness, everything, including the linens, were spotless. In addition, the
decor was very pleasant and comfortable - even calming. There were plenty of linens from kitchen, to bedrooms, to bathrooms.
The owners were extremely considerate and accommodating - attentive to our needs without interfering. I found the location to be
extremely convenient - it is located a very short distance from the US 60, from which you can travel anywhere in the Mesa, Phoenix
areas. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and hope that it will be available for me if I can make the trip again next year. I almost
hesitate to review it so positively for fear it won't be available! It is a wonderful unit and I wholeheartedly recommend it.
