Regatta on Vanderbilt Beach Rd. is an exquisite gated community within walking distance of Vanderbilt Beach. The property boasts a fabulous wading, waterfall pool area with hot tub and open grilling kitchen for the convenience of the guests. An exercise room nearby is also available to all guests. The unit is on the 5th floor with a gorgeous view of the bay from the Lanai. The Lanai also extends to the Master Bedroom accessed through french doors. High vaulted ceilings and large spacious rooms make this condo feel so much larger than a 3 bedroom unit. A modern kitchen provides all the modern conveniences. The master bedroom has a king size bed, TV, extra large walk in closet, and dressing room. A walk in shower , jacuzzi tub and double sink vanity complete the master bath. The second bedroom provides a queen size bed, TV/VCR, large walk in closet and full bath with tub/shower. A third bedroom provides 2 twin beds, TV, and full bath next door.
