This home is located on the most desirable beach drive in Del Norte County.
This house is great for family retreats.
I am a retired elementary teacher from the polluted, hot, traffic congested central valley.
One of my first younger renters named the house the Lucky Beach House.
Emma Smith purchased this house in 2004
I always wanted to live by the ocean, since childhood. My family always came to the coast to fish, crab, hunt and pick wild berries. I love Sun, rain, redwoods,& ocean!
The air is so clean here, I no longer get ill. I hike the redwoods, the beach, watch for wildlife, search for shells, stones.
I do love it here!
