Gated Estate - Budget Rates, 5BR/4BA, Pool, 65' HDTV, Pool Table,WIFI

Should have written this sooner... This house was a dream location for my family to host my mother's 90th birthday! Many of the family live in the area and 9 of us traveled from out of state. There was probably 22 of us at the house during the day and the place is so large, we all had a place to be comfortable. I cannot recommend this home enough. It is central to everything and yet tucked away out of the crush! Tom couldn't have been better to work with and we are looking forward to going back for our Mom's 100th celebration!! Everything is made available to you and the backyard (or should I say grounds) is terrific.

Tom's house was perfect for my mom's 80th birthday party. There were 12 of us staying in the house from Friday through Sunday afternoon, and we never felt crowded. We had another 8 come over for the party itself on Saturday, and even then there was lots of room. The living room/dining room area is huge, and there is the additional TV room and the game room. The kitchen is fabulous with plenty of room for food preparation. Tom was so helpful--my husband is finicky about sharp knives, and while there was a nice collections of knives, they weren't very sharp. Shortly after that conversation, Tom brought over a knife sharpener! When he brought the knife sharpener, we mentioned that there was no chalk for the pool cues, and a few hours later, he showed up with some chalk and two new cues! Tom was very responsive when we set the rental up, answering all my questions with lots of detail. His contract is pretty extensive, but I have found that people who create such contracts usually take exceptional care of the property--and that is true of Tom. I would recommend this rental most highly to anyone. It was everything we expected (given the great pictures on the website) and more. And Tom was great to work with.

My friends and I stayed for a week in this big house, plenty of room. The location is great, close to Red Rock Canyon, Hoover Dam, Lake Mead, Valley of Fire, Grand Canyon, just to name a few. The pool hit the spot. We would definitely stay here again. The house was clean, and the grounds were nice. Thanks again Tom for making our stay a comfortable one.
