Beautiful home, 4000 square feet with pool and jacuzzi, on two acres of land, of which one has been transformed into a park-like garden including lawns, walkways, mature trees, plants, landscape lighting, and a decorative brook and waterfall. The home features a kitchen, formal dining area, living room with wood burning fireplace, great room, game room/wet bar, four bedrooms, plus separate guest quarters. Laundry room and a two-car garage. Beautiful island kitchen in stainless steel, w/ granite countertops, computer work station, radio/intercom, and informal dining area. Open floor plan with formal dining area adjacent to the living room with the wood burning fireplace. Enormous great room with French doors accessing the pool and garden area. Game room with pool table, darts, and a wet bar. Master bedroom with French doors directly accessing the 40'x20' diving pool (10 feet deep) and the therapeutic spa.

Bedroom I and II share the newly remodeled hall bathroom, bedroom I w/ wallmounted LCD TV and a DVD player. Bedroom III has its own bathroom and its own entrance, plus wallmounted LCD TV and a DVD player. 20' by 40' solar heated diving pool, therapeutic spa.

over all the property was just as described. the house was clean and ready for us when we arrived. Tom was there to greet us and show the property and its amenities. we had a few small problems which were adressed promptly by Tom, all were solved quickly without any inconvienence to us. the location is near Las Vegas and the Hoover Dam and within driving distance to the Grand Canyon and many state parks. there is plenty of shopping near by. I would have no problems recomending this property to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation in the desert. Thank You Tom for helping us to have a memorable family holiday!

We stayed at Tom's home for a week in September/09. The house is spacious with a fabulous pool area for relaxing and enjoying your down time. Even a Tiki hut in the huge back yard area for happy hour.There is plenty of room for a large family and includes a pool house with separate entrance.The owner, Tom, is a great guy and made sure we knew how to use all the ammenities of the home. Kids will love the big screen tv with a huge selection of movies and a big cumfy couch to watch it on. There is also a computer set up in the kitchen to search out your activities on the internet. The ensuite off the large master suite is spectacular as well. You are central to everything; the strip, Lake Las Vegas, Hoover Dam, etc. The strip is 20 easy driving minutes away with all highway driving. Other casinos even closer and fun to check out. Other than groceries, just pick up toiletries and laundry soap, you will be ready to go.
We would definately stay at this home again and were very sad to leave after 7 days.

What a lovely home. We had a great time. Pool is especially wonderful. As my son said "I would like to stay here and pretend that Las Vegas wasn't where it is". Yes, it would be nice to just stay and enjoy the house and the pool. Maybe next time! Thanks, Tom!

Everything I expected and more. The pool and outside area was the best, I could have listened to the birds forever. Next trip I will be spending MORE time at the house. When most people have forgotten the meaning of customer service Tom has not, he was the best, at our service only minutes away, Thanks Tom.

8 ladies rented this home for a weekly stay. We wanted a house where there was something to do and also close to Las Vegas where we had a few things planned. We all enjoyed this home and have pleasant memories of our stay. Tom is anxious to please and we found him very accommodating.
