Ideally located apartment
This apartment is ideally located in the old town of Quebec within a short walking distance of shops, restaurants, pubs and entertainment.
It is modernly decorated, well laid and spacious with adequate space for 6 persons. It was spotlessly clean on arrival with all modern conveniences, also plenty of linen and local information available.
The manager was there to greet us on arrival and offer advice about the area.
I would recommend this apartment to friends, however there are two changes I would recommend to the owner. (1)With minimum outlay there is a possiblity to install a shower cubicle off the second bedroom which would take the pressure off the guests using the main bedroom.
(2) I would raise the wall level at the main bedroom and install a false ceiling in the WC,
These changes I believe would make this apartment even more attractive.
