Fabulous hot tub on private back deck facing the woods. Master bedroom and bath suite. Fully furnished, window treatments and a home away from home feel. Washer and dryer upstairs. Fully equipped modern kitchen. Flat screen TV, stereo, DVD player and wireless Internet. Linens included. Dog Friendly. Snow shoe out the back door. Snowmobile shed on property and trails one minute away. Great hiking nearby.

Fantastic Fun!

We just recently stayed in this beautiful, 3 bedroom, 2 bath house from 4/3/09-4/6/09. We were up for Parrothead Weekend. The house was extremely clean and neat. Had that new feel to it. The hot tub was a great feature that we thoroughly enjoyed. Perfect for small groups and families, can't wait till next year. Being so close to the mountain and all the nightlife of Sunday River was great!

Great Rental House

The house we rented was fantastic!! It is clean, spacious and near the mountain. The hot tub is an added bonus and was warmed for us when we arrived. The owner was very friendly and helpful while planning our trip. If you are traveling with dogs there is an excellent trail down the road to walk-
We are looking forward to booking again soon! I highly recommend you to book here you will be very pleaased!

The pictures do not do this house justice. Only 10 minutes from the mountain, this beautiful house is in a very quiet and private location. The hot tub was perfect for soaking tired muscles after a full day of skiing and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook a big dinner each night. I would recommend this place to anyone. perfect!
