We were in need of a change in our property so Shannon came along and went to work. New cabinet doors, new light fixtures, new microwave, new drapes, new furniture, new designer colors, new counter top, new flagstone lanais, new washing machine and a complete make over that is absolutely gorgeous. From the moment you step into the condo, you will feel 'at home.' Some of our first guests were so impressed with our new unit they did not go to the beach until the next day saying they felt so relaxed and cozy in their condo. One of the many advantages of our unit is the convenience it affords. Our unit is on the ground floor in the front of the complex. There is a parking area in front and a very easy load in or out for our guests so that when you arrive with your bags, food or shopping you can unload with ease.

You will have filtered views of the water and beach just 300 feet from your door. There are many fine restaurants, shops and galleries within easy walking distance. When you do go to the beach or return from another adventure on Maui, there is a shower area in front of your unit to rinse off the sand and experiences of your day to help keep the condo clean and neat for you.

Great place to stay, room is very clean and comfortable. Access to the room is very easy with parking right in front. It was the perfect property for our weekend vacation stay. We are local residents on Oahu just there for a weekend getaway, and the property just made our stay on Maui so memorable. The owner Philip, is very easy to deal with and made it so easy to book the condo.

The location is ideal, just a few steps from the beach, with many eating places and shops within a very short walking distance. I'd definitely recommend Cafe O Lei nearby, but make reservations for any restaurants not including the local plate lunch places. Access to and from the highway with a car is also very convenient.

It may not have the most scenic vistas, though the view is not too bad. If you are looking for a very clean and comfortable place to stay, at a very reasonable cost, I would highly recommend this property. It really is a home away from home. It was just the perfect place to stay for us and made our experience on Maui, that much more enjoyable!
Owner's Response: Well nothing says it any better than a satisfied client. We keep hearing great compliments from our clients who have stayed at our condo on Maui and we appreciate them so very much. Maybe it is time for you to take your own wonderful vacation to Maui and have our unit be your home away from home.

The location of this rental is great. However, be aware that the "security deposit" is non refundable and should more aptly be termed "reservation fee."

Fabulous Vacation

Our visit to Maui was by far our best vacation, and we owe that in great part to this beautiful condo at Kihei Ali'i Kai. The condo is located just a short walk from Kamaole I - a great beach. The interior was in really good condition with lovely decor. The beds were good quality and all the appliances appeared to be new. It was an incredible place to come home to after a long day funning in the sun. The owner and local partner were both very responsive and kind. We had the best of times and we are very thankful we found this condo. Thank you!!!

I was simply amazed at the beautiful home we stayed in while on the beautiful island of Maui. The flow and warmth of the condo made it difficult to leave "home". It is so conveniently located and close to everything,beaches,restaurants,shopping.Leave the rental car parked and stroll to everything that is cool in Kihei. Then stroll back to your wonderful home away from home.
We have already booked our vacation in this gorgeous home for next year.

Great spot to hang your Lei! Beautiful Condo, with all the bases covered..Killer location, all of our needs easily met with a gentle stroll along the beach...and sunsets to die for at no extra charge! Best in Kihei!
