Seawatch Resort is a luxurious and beautiful ocean-front 10 acre resort located in Myrtle Beach. Out of the congestion of 'condo row,' but close and much more convenient to all that Myrtle Beach has to offer. The Condo features up-to-date furnishings, Brand New carpet, custom decorations, 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, sleeper sofa, a washer/dryer in the unit, a balcony with access from both the master bedroom and the living area with wonderful frontage on the Atlantic Ocean! The full kitchen is equipped with many extras from wine glasses to small appliances such as a crock pot & a mixer. The unit also has 3 TVs. The one in the master has a VCR, the one in the living area has a DVD (with movie library) and in the second bedroom there is an X-Box game system complete with games. Enjoy hours of fun in any of the 5 Outdoor Pools, 2 Lazy Rivers, 10 Outdoor Hot tubs, 2 Indoor Pools, and 2 Indoor Hot tubs.

What comes with the unit rental?: The unit comes with linen and towels, phone, air conditioning, microwave, dishwasher, full kitchen, washer, dryer, cookware and utensils, covered parking, gym, 3 TV's, cable TV, a DVD, VCR & X-BOX. The balcony is also accessible from the Master bedroom. For rentals between Memorial Day and Labor Day, we provide 2 beach chairs and a beach umbrella through the lifeguards at the beach. This is a very deluxe oceanfront unit. No pets allowed. The towers have indoor and outdoor pools, a health club, video arcade and oceanfront restaurant and lounge.

If I'm interested how would I rent the unit?: Call or send an email to discuss rates and availability. Only a $250 deposit confirms your rental. Once your reservation is confirmed, we mail you the rental agreements. Final payment is due 30 days before arrival. Once your final payment is received, we mail you the keys and check-in documents and parking passes. No need to stand in line at the front desk, or realtor's office! We only accept checks or money orders. Sorry, no credit cards. The unit is non-smoking! Check-in time is at 3:00 PM Saturday, check-out time is at 10:00 AM the following Saturday. We only rent Saturday to Saturday, however monthly rentals are available November through March.

Plenty to do at Seawatch!: Sea Watch is located on 10 acres of the warm sandy beaches that make Myrtle Beach famous. Convienently located to the 100 plus courses resulting in world-class golfing. Also close to shopping and other activities. Approximately 1.5 miles from Barefoot Landing, Restaurant Row, and the Tangier Outlet Center. It is also located only minutes away from Broadway at the Beach, giant water parks, Ripley's Aquarium, miniature golf, alligator adventure, river cruises and deep sea fishing. Come and enjoy all this and the gorgeous weather. Your family will love you for taking them .

Dealing with the owner was so easy. We had no problems with any of the advance details. When we arrived at the condo, the room was exactly like the pictures showed. Everything was beautifully decorated and clean! The two twin beds and separate bathroom made traveling with 2 fourteen year-old girls relaxing. I enjoyed having a washer/dryer for the week for beach towels, etc. The kitchen was fully equipped. Having the two beach chairs and the umbrella included was just icing on the cake.
The resort was everything that their website promised...2 lazy rivers, too many pools and hot tubs to count...activities for the younger kids everyday...poolside bar with a very entertaining DJ every afternoon...breakfast buffet with omelets and Belgian waffles to order...outdoor, oceanside dining balcony. We used the concierge service to purchase tickets to the Dixie Stampede and to book tee times.
I feel very comfortable recommending this property to anyone!
Owner's Response: We appreciate the glowing endorsement by our lovely guest. It was so thoughtful of her to take the time. Just one small correction - the second bedroom has two full size beds - not twin (although they are matching in appearance).

We really enjoyed our time at the condo, and hope to stay again next year. SeaWatch is convenient to shopping and restaurants, and we found the nearby Walmart essential for various items we forgot to bring (like sunscreen). I thought the amenities at SeaWatch were top notch and especially liked all the various pools to swim in when we got sick of the salt water. I like the separate bedrooms with the two twin beds clear across the condo from the master bedroom. This kept night time private for my wife and me. I also found it thoughtful the owners had so many things in the condo for us to do: games, videogames, books, and movies. I would highly recommend this condo to anybody and like I said, plan on coming back myself.

Beautiful beach condo, gorgeous view of ocean and pools/hot tubs. Definitely a family friendly resort. Condo was very clean, well furnished including books, movies, Xbox and assorted games for kids. Beach was great for shell collecting and morning walks! Owners are friendly and it was an easy rental process. Would recommend to friends and stay again.
