River's Whisper is located on the banks of the Little Tennessee River over looking mountain views and rich rolling landscapes. Our cabin will embrace a loving couple wishing for time away or accommodate a large family and a couple friends. Curl up with a book by the fireplace or soak in the jacuzzi out on the deck over looking mountain vistas and the river. The large yard is great for the kids to play with over six acres of landscape and the river is wonderful for tubing and swimming. You will have every comfort of home provided for you and absolutely none of the stress!!! Temporary fishing license can be purchased online www.ncwildlife.org/index.htm or at the local Walmart. Tubing equipment rentals nearby.

Our stay at the River's Whisper was absolutely wonderful. The setting is so peaceful and beautiful. The river is fabulous and the cabin has everything you need and more! I loved the proximity to many things to do and see such as white water rafting, hiking, kyaking, fishing and just plain exploring. Our dogs loved it too!

Beautiful, spacious home in a serene setting

My family stayed here over New Year's and we were just delighted with the cabin. The photos do not really do it justice.

The cabin was very clean, well equipped and everything was ready and looked wonderful when we arrived. The furnishings are lovely, comfortable and have just the right touch of luxury. We loved the upstairs bedrooms for the kids which gave us some nice privacy. The balcony off the upstairs bedroom gave a tranquil view. The cabin itself was really spacious and would easily accomodate a much larger group than our four. The hot tub on the deck was great and our kids had the best time making smores in the firepit by the river.

Shirl was so friendly, helpful and courteous in responding to our inquiry and helping us with our booking. Also, we received our security deposit back in the mail very, very quickly.

We would definitely recommend River's Whisper!

We absolutely loved River's Whisper. The ONLY less than perfect thing I can say is that the kitchen was a bit small for us.... but it was not so small that we wouldn't return. The house was beautful and all of the ammenities were outstanding. Would love to be there in the fall. Thank you for sharing your home with us. We loved it!!!!

This was our first time renting a cabin and I must say everything went smoothly. The house met our every expectation. It was spacious, clean and the surrounding area was peaceful and serene. The hot tub is a definite plus and the view was very nice. We had fun exploring the town and enjoyed our visits to the gem mines. We would definitely recommend River's Whisper.

what a beatiful cabin there was 12 of us and not even in each others way great area for the mining and playing in the water the hot tub was wonderful after mining the kids loved the smores around camp fire every night and didnt eat out cause the grilling out in the evenings and watching a beatiful sunset couldnt be beat only got to stay 4 days but wish was 40 lol and hope to come back sometime soon maybe next year thank you thank for sharing the cabin with us Diana
