Our lovely home is all white and has recent bathrooms and new tiling throughout. With sunshine all day the screened 32ft heated pool overlooks the delightful waterway and islands beyond. Dolphins and manatees can be seen and our very large dock is ideal for mooring your hire boat, fishing or just lazing around in the sun! We have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, fabulously comfortable seating in the large open living room overlooking the water with an additional double sofa bed at one end. Isles of Capri is a virtually 'undiscovered paradise' and are a dream location to wind down and relax, fish and swim. 2 miles from Marco Island and its fabulous beaches, shops and restaurants and 20 minutes from Naples and its sophisticated restaurants and shops and beaches. There are many fabulous golf courses minutes away and inexpensive daily boat hire (even for the inexperienced) and direct access to the Gulf, means you can explore the fabulous inland waterways, islands and beaches, walking and shelling and watching the amazing Florida sunsets. Capri has superb inexpensive restaurants within walking distance of the house where you can sip cocktails whilst looking over the boats and marina.

Fishing from Private Dock/Boat Hire/Golf: Fishing rods are available and there is a fish cleaning table on the dock Dock is very large and has sunshine all day - excellent for sunbathing and fishing Boat Hire is available on Marco Island - no experience necessary -great inland waterways and fabulous beaches to explore/amazing shelling! Hire boats can be moored outside house Many excellent golf courses and night golf available nearby.

Cleaning/Towels/Linen : All towels supplied. A small charge will be added for cleaning and washing of linens/towels etc.

Computer/Broadband Telephone/Cable TV: The twin bedroom features a desk area and broadband internet access is available free of charge (Computer not supplied) Telephone is for local calls only 3 televisions/Cable
